Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, or any relevant field.
∎ Candidates with experience in IELTS/education consultancy marketing will get preference.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the education sector, IELTS training, or consultancy firms.
∎ Freshers with exceptional communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skills (both Bangla & English).
∎ Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
∎ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
∎ Must have good knowledge of IELTS, study abroad processes, and NSDA courses.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit and establish relationships with education consultancies in Dhaka.
∎ Present and promote SDC’s IELTS and NSDA-accredited courses to potential partner firms.
∎ Negotiate and close partnership agreements with consultancies.
∎ Achieve monthly/quarterly student enrollment targets.
∎ Follow up with partner consultancies to ensure continuous student referrals. • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities. • Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
∎ Maintain records of all interactions and agreements with consultancies.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Executive Marketing (Education Consultancy) to promote our IELTS and NSDA-accredited courses to various education consultancies and Career Development Centers in Dhaka. The candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with consultancy firms and CDCs, convincing them to collaborate with SDC, and ensuring a steady flow of students for our courses.
