∎ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IELTS instruction and/or academic coordination.
∎ Proven track record in business development or program expansion.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with digital tools for language instruction and student tracking.
∎ IELTS Trainer certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Academic Leadership
∎ Lead and manage the IELTS teaching team, ensuring high-quality instruction and continuous professional development.
∎ Develop and implement effective IELTS curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment strategies aligned with global best practices.
∎ Monitor students’ progress and implement remedial strategies to improve performance.
∎ Organize teacher training sessions, peer reviews, and instructional workshops to promote a culture of excellence in teaching.
∎ Ensure quality assurance and uphold academic standards across all IELTS and English language courses.
∎ Identify new markets, target audiences, and partnership opportunities to expand IELTS and English language offerings.
∎ Design and execute marketing and outreach strategies to attract students, institutions, and corporate clients.
∎ Build and maintain strategic relationships with schools, universities, embassies, migration agencies, and training institutes.
∎ Develop customized training modules and corporate solutions tailored to institutional or professional needs.
∎ Track market trends and competitor activities to inform service enhancement and business strategies.
∎ Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative support for IELTS courses.
∎ Manage student feedback systems and contribute to continuous service improvement.
∎ Collaborate with the digital team to create content and ensure online program delivery aligns with in-person instruction.
∎ Support the design of promotional materials and branding initiatives.
∎ Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the IELTS-English Language Coordinator and Business Developer.
