∎ Must be at least holder of NSC in General Caregiving, NSQF Level – 2;
∎ Must be CBT&A Methodology Level– 4 certified
∎ Graduated from any reputed University in Biological Discipline

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Preference will be given to those with Japanese N4 certification.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Teach core caregiving topics such as elderly care, personal hygiene, mobility assistance, nutrition, basic health monitoring, and home safety.
∎ Follow and deliver lessons based on approved curriculum and training standards.
∎ Conduct hands-on training for caregiving tasks like bathing, dressing, feeding, using assistive devices, and vital signs monitoring.
∎ Demonstrate proper use of equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, and medical beds.
∎ Evaluate students' performance through written tests, practical demonstrations, and assignments.
∎ Provide feedback to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, handouts, visual aids, and presentations.
∎ Update materials to reflect the latest caregiving standards and practices.
∎ Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment in the classroom and lab settings.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and proper use of training equipment.
∎ Offer career guidance, motivation, and counseling to students pursuing caregiving as a profession.
∎ Encourage soft skills like communication, patience, empathy, and professionalism.
∎ Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, and training completion documentation.
∎ Submit training reports to supervisors or relevant authorities as needed.
∎ Coordinate with other trainers, administrators, and external institutions (e.g., healthcare centers) for student internships or exposure visits.
∎ Stay updated on new caregiving trends, tools, and techniques by attending workshops and continuous learning sessions.
