MS Excel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth Warehouse & Distribution operations as per company cold chain management guideline
∎ Closely working with Warehouse and Transport Staffs to ensure receive and delivery of products efficiently
∎ Plan & schedule deliveries to meet customer needs with proper route plan
∎ Ensure vehicle maximum utilization (maximum trip per day with space utilization / load fill)
∎ Ensure Inventory Management activities (Product Receiving, Storage as per guideline, delivery as per sale Invoice, rearrangement, physical verification to ensure stock accuracy book vs physical
∎ Work with ERP/ Software for Goods requisition, Goods Received & invoicing
∎ Ensure First Expiry First Out
∎ Notify the respective person for on time for vehicle maintenance
∎ Monitor & control vehicle maintenance costs, fuel costs etc.
∎ Ensure warehouse & products safety & quality as per company guidelines
∎ Sound knowledge in advanced excel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
