∎ Branding and positioning and E-Commerce Marketing/Direct Sailing ¬¬
∎ Research and Documentation
∎ Customer Support and Operations
∎ Digital Financial Services
∎ Back-Office Support
∎ Data Analysis/ Entry
∎ Should have the capability to Market visit in any situation in every single day and identifying potential Customers
∎ Deployment and Implementation of Distribution Network
∎ Nationwide sales channeling & operations and Supply Chain management
∎ Responding to customers' web &/or social media inquiries regarding online products and orders.
∎ Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
∎ Ensuring prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
∎ Must have idea about online marketplace order processing system. Knowledge of e- commerce platform/websites will be preferred.
∎ Regularly update & input post on social media (Facebook), reply to customer messages& comments.
∎ Must full fill all sales order placed in the website and arrange for delivery from warehouse to customer by efficient management of courier services.

∎ Collect and deposit all sales proceeds from website and deposit with accounts.
∎ Work closely with MIS and other departments to constantly update the website making it look fresh and engaging.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Strong organizational skills together with the ability to multi-task are essential.
∎ Can think logically, have sharp IQ.
∎ Can take ownership and handle responsibilities under pressure.
∎ Discipline & integrity
∎ Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, together with strong interpersonal skills are essential.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales, Retail Stores/ Shops
∎ Excellent written and oral communication in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must be comfortable with technology.
∎ Applicants must have an eye for detail.
∎ Expert Motor Cycle/ Car Driving.
