Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the territory as per budget.
∎ Routinely update Territory Manager about any information, suggestions, criticism related with the activity and results of the territory.
∎ Control the credit customers as per Company guideline and confirm the credit status of the respective customers frequently.
∎ Train and develop field forces based on the related task and inline with the Company training policy.
∎ Develop personal contact with the important opinion leaders in livestock department, NGOs, trade and other important people of the society who may directly influence our business.Make & ensure proper product detailing to the customers.
∎ Determine the field force deployment according to the market potentiality and make proposal to Territory Manager to take decision upon field force allocation to the territory.
∎ Arrange demonstration on different products as approved by Product Management.
