Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in EEE/ CSE/ Diploma in Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24X7 Broadcast Transmission Monitoring in Master Control room (MCR) of Television Channel.
∎ To take care of the transmission at any demanding situation (any time of day or night).
∎ Monitor, quality check and ingest incoming video feeds from Bureau, feed points, and fly way, Outdoor Broadcasting- Van, Satellite etc.
∎ Responsible for handling any adversity recovery.
∎ Coordinate with PCR for smooth handover and hand back of play out control between PCR and MCR.
∎ Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable, and relevant to job and legal also.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Instant decision making skill in a sudden situation
∎ Ability to deliver in crisis situation
∎ Capability to provide quick solution
∎ Excellent understanding of latest technology developments in Broadcast Industry.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of live news environment.
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Time cognizant
∎ Capability to absorb stress
∎ Experience in RF Network/ Satellite Communication, Basic knowledge of IP network & Video Compression, video routing/signing, audio technology is preferable
