Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical (Aerospace/Avionics) Engineering or Mechanical
∎ Minimum GPA 4.00 (out of 5.00) both in SSC & HSC with Science background
∎ Minimum CGPA 3.50 (out of 4.00) for candidates having graduation only.
∎ For the Masters completed candidate: Must have acquired minimum CGPA 3.50 (out of 4.00) either in graduation or post-graduation. However, the CGPA on the other one should not be less than 3.00 (out of 4.00).
∎ Excellent academic record from any Public or reputed Private University is expected
∎ Candidates having North American/Australian Degree will get preference
∎ Candidates having a foreign degree need an equivalency certificate
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Islamic University of Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Emotional Intelligence, Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, Reporting skill, Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package, Team player
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To acquire Aircraft Maintenance Licence (either in B1 or B2 Category) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) by fulfilling the requirements of CAAB ANO(AW) Part 66.
∎ To carry out Line/Base Maintenance activities applicable for US-Bangla Airlines fleet upon obtaining Licence/Authorization.
∎ To analyze training needs, design, develop and implement training courses to ensure continuing airworthiness and better maintainability of the aircraft of USBA fleet.
∎ To develop and implement e-learning System, Micro Learning System (MLS), Integrated Training Management System (ITMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS)
∎ To participate in the Operations Research (Research and Development) of US-Bangla operation for enhancing quality, safety, security and reliability of the USBA Fleet.
∎ To connect diversified field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering track with the academic track for building Industry-Academia partnership.
∎ To participate pro-actively in the ever changing organizational culture for implementing positive safety culture in USBA working teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Creative, proactive thinking and problem-solving attitude
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Joining Salary Tk. 40,000/- (Forty Thousand only). After successful completion of training salary will be Tk. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only).
