Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform the schedule analysis of In-Process samples (Working Solution, CHP, Product Blending, etc.)
∎ Conduct and deliver test reports of samples sent by the production team under the senior chemist’s supervision.
∎ Conduct various tests on in-process water samples (twice per shift).
∎ Provide necessary support to the production team in case of emergency by reporting hourly test results as soon as possible.
∎ Test the finished products thoroughly and issue necessary certificates for such.
∎ Keep track of every single delivered product (Sample Preservation and documentation), in the case facing any customer complaint.
∎ Conduct and deliver necessary test reports for the wide range of products of Samuda Spec-Chem Ltd. within very short notice.
∎ Have to be very efficient and aware of time management as most of the tests generate hourly.
∎ Have to be able to test raw materials of both, Samuda Chemical Complex Ltd., Hydrogen peroxide plant, and Samuda Spec-Chem Ltd.
∎ Prepare some chemical solutions and calibrate them properly.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
∎ Generate and maintain required documents for every shift and should be skilled and sound enough to face audit in any moment’s notice.
