Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Timely processing of assigned job as per bank standard process.
∎ Maintaining and providing MIS for related activities on regular basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance to AML policies and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Proactively support other team members in daily work and also for completion of different projects as and when assigned.
∎ Ensuring service excellence.
∎ Maintaining confidentiality of customer and bank information.
∎ Ensuring proper archival/ retrieval of documents.
∎ Always strive for continuous improvement in operational service issues through positive and continuous communication and updates.
∎ Ensuring integrity, reliability and timeliness in performing daily assigned job.
