Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Accounting/Finance
∎ Skills Required: English proficiency, Microsoft Excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ According to local laws and head office rules and regulations, formulate and implement systems that comply with company policies and industry practices, and ensure internal company compliance.
∎ Practice on Audit, Accounts & Finance, TAX & VAT procedure under the supervision of Manager, Finance.
∎ Strong knowledge in accounting software with the proper journal, Chart of Accounts, Ledger, Group, and Sub-Group. Daily recording as per proper accounting rules.
∎ Assist manager to maintain and continuous improvement of the accounting system. i.e. Cost analysis and cost control.
∎ Overall finance related all work from entry to reporting, recording, classifying, reconciliation, checking under supervision of the manager, finance.
∎ Update and reconcile all ledgers of ERP with particular statements. i.e. Bank, TDS-VDS, TCS, LC, Margin reconciliation, etc.
∎ Help manager to prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, yearly for management and also for internal and external audits.

∎ Age 20 to 28 years
