∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, English Language, Excellent communication, Managerial Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Ticketing, Tour and Travel Agency
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for booking flight tickets and handle reservations for customers.
∎ Directly interact with customers, answer customer questions about flight timings, seat availability, fares, reservations etc.
∎ Determining clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel packages.
∎ Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation.
∎ Collect deposits and balances
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Providing information & advice about Tourist, Work permit & Student visas.
∎ Maintain relationships with key persons etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1/2 Years Experienced Female Candidates will get priority. So that Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
