Job Context:
∎ Our main services are Air ticketing & Hotel booking, International medical visa processing, arrange package tours for domestic & international.
∎ We are looking for Energetic, well-mannered, creative, and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the Sales and Reservation Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Galileo, saber & Amadeus), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, and modifications of reservations.
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations.
∎ Increase sell-by informing customers of additional services or special packages.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission of sales
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Profit share, Over time allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
