Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent degree in any field. Educational requirements may be relaxed for Candidate with better experience & skills.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Airline Ticketing reservation
∎ Skills Required: Reservation/ Ticketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Reservation/ Ticketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR using Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus.
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints about Ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries through phone, email, social media & in-person.
∎ Making invoices & maintain ticketing-related accounts.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Design & Develop Foreign Tour Packages.
∎ Arrange/Follow-up & everything related to VISA Processing.
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better destination.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
∎ Book Hotels & Transportation.
∎ Fluent in Speaking and Writing in English.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, proactive and hardworking.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Preference for the company's interest to be given by the Employee before self.
∎ May need to work beyond working hours or on the weekly/government holiday for the sake of company requirement and you should accept it un-questioningly. Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
∎ The employee should be liable to the company for trespassing any fund related to airline ticket issuing and selling, in any form will not be accepted by the company.
∎ Should be honest and ethical.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
