Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IATA, Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus).
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints about Ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' query through phone, email, social media & in-person.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Design & Develop Foreign Tour Packages.
∎ Arrange/Follow-up VISA Processing.
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better destination.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
∎ Book Hotels & Transportation.
∎ Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
