Educational Requirements:
∎ IATA certifications or Training/Trade Course: Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Group Bookings.
∎ Must be Fluent in English.
∎ Dealing with clients & Airlines.
∎ Create Individual PNR's
∎ Open-minded in adapting to new and challenging situations.
∎ Create sales reports in Excel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, GDS (SABRE, Amadeus) Microsoft Office Applications, Risk Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airline Ticket Reservation, Airline Ticketing, Vast knowledge of GDS (Amadeus. Sabre)), communication, Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agency.
∎ Airline Related Person will be preferable.
∎ Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus (GDS).
∎ Fare search, Fare quote, Make Booking, Issuing tickets, Re-Issue, Cancellation, Void tickets, Process Refunds, Re-valid Tickets, Issue EMD, Issue Group Tickets etc.
∎ Able to speak & understand English.
∎ Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a reputed Travel Agency.
∎ Skills Required: Airline's ticketing & Reservation, Computer Skill, Language skills both in Bengali and English. Microsoft Office, Dealing with Airlines Staff's, and Customer.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ticketing & Reservation.
∎ Hajj & Umrah related PNR Bookings.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agencies.
∎ Proven working experience as a ticketing and reservation
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
