Responsibilities & Context:
We are a dynamic and growing company in the Overseas/Travel sector, seeking a diligent and tech-savvy individual to join our team. This role is central to our operations, combining administrative computer tasks with direct customer service for ticketing and management. If you are proficient with computers and enjoy helping customers, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Operate computers and manage data entry with high speed and accuracy.
- Process and issue tickets, boarding passes, or travel vouchers through the designated software system.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding schedules, pricing, availability, and booking policies in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Maintain and update digital records, databases, and filing systems.
- Calculate fares, charges, and handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints related to ticketing in a professional manner.
- Prepare and generate daily ticket sales, transaction, and operational reports.
- Ensure all office equipment (printers, computers) is in working order.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
