∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cosmetics sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Context:
∎ • Candidate with experienced in FMCG products.
∎ • Job Location: Any Division in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Achieve volume and value target of the demarcated territory for a stipulate time period. Supervision of sales force and dealer.
∎ • Candidate should be capable for create new dealers, and area demarcations.
∎ • Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to head office.
∎ • Identify new business opportunity by selecting and engaging influential stakeholders, generating sales volume by acquisition of new customers, dealers, and other channel partners to ensure product coverage in the designated sales territory.
∎ • Identify the new segment(s) where opportunity exists with new product requirements along with different rules & regulations and pre-requisites to operate in the identified segment(s).
∎ • Implement different types of marketing activities for demand generation and building trade relation with all stakeholders under the business division as per the plan.
∎ • Organize and conduct training/briefing and product demonstration session for the internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.
∎ • Prepare action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ • Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members
∎ • Sales analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
∎ • Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ • Follow up dealers through phone call, e-mail, physical visit basis to generate sales.
∎ • Ensuring plan and availability of products as per sale and targets
∎ • Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
∎ • Coordinating with distribution and other department to provide better service to stakeholder.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ • Skills Required: Cosmetics Industry - Sales & Marketing, Customer relationship, Distribution management, Trade Marketing.
∎ • Strong knowledge of key products and their demand, pricing and value.
∎ • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
∎ • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
∎ • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
∎ • Understand the customer requirement and able to map desired Products and solutions.
∎ • Should show leadership to deliver both the change management and to drive the business forward.
∎ • Able to deliver key messages effectively and demonstrate products to end users.
∎ • Travel frequently in assigned territory.
∎ • Passionate to sales and continuous learning and personal development.
∎ • Note: Candidate with experience in Cosmetics industry are highly encouraged to apply.
