Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achievements of pre-defined sales targets.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales officers, agents and distributors.
∎ Market visit especially the top agents and overall markets.
∎ Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting at the market along with the sales officers.
∎ Take the initiatives to uncover areas the covering plan quickly and to share ways forward to increase sales.
∎ To check and verify all team members sales reports and send them to higher authorities.
∎ Collect market information and track competitors activities
