Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any Public University.
∎ No 3rd Class/Division or equivalent CGPA will be accepted in any examination.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily sales & trade marketing activities.
∎ Maintain administrative activities.
∎ Enhance excellent trade relation with different traders and customers.
∎ Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ Forecast market demand and achieve sales target.
∎ Ensure sustainable growth of own market share.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age not exceeding 32 years till 20 April, 2021.
∎ Must have sound physical health with a minimum height of least 5'-6".
∎ Fresher / 06 (Six) months field work experience in FMCG Industry.
∎ Core Competencies:
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ Self-driven, result oriented, hard working and willing to work anywhere in the country
∎ Positive mental attitude to work in sales and marketing of Cigarette, Bidi & Match.
∎ Able to ride motorbike.

Salary:
∎ Starting salary will be Tk. 45,000/40,000 with other fringe benefits as per company policy.
