• Bike driving license and own motorbike is required.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area: FMCG (Milk Powder, Powder Drink, Tea)

• Work Location (Choose One): Chattogram Metro/ Patiya/ Banshkhali/ Feni

• Special Requirement: Candidates must have previous work experience in the specific location for which they are applying.

• Identify, appoint, and develop strong distributors in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, institutions, and key accounts.

• Negotiate agreements and ensure smooth business operations with distributors and corporate partners.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, distribution coverage, and competitor activities.

• Provide guidance and motivation to distributors’ sales teams for better market penetration.

• Organize corporate presentations, product demos, and promotional events.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare territory performance reports

• Train and Motivate Sales Team to enhance performance and achieve objectives.

• Monitor Stock Levels at dealer points to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
