Special Requirement: Candidates must have previous work experience in the specific location for which they are applying.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify, appoint, and develop strong distributors in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, institutions, and key accounts.
Negotiate agreements and ensure smooth business operations with distributors and corporate partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, distribution coverage, and competitor activities.
Provide guidance and motivation to distributors’ sales teams for better market penetration.
Organize corporate presentations, product demos, and promotional events.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare territory performance reports
Train and Motivate Sales Team to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
Monitor Stock Levels at dealer points to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
