∎ MBA Desirable
∎ (For candidates with prior experience in cardiovascular products, the qualification can be compromised)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales
∎ Accelerate market share by concept selling, organizing CMEs, workshops, camps and distribution management
∎ Responsible for receivables
∎ KOL Management
∎ Ability to handle and meet Sales targets set out by management
∎ Expanding market share by tapping new potential markets Maintain database and competitor's activities and able to capitalise on USPs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Medical devices in the CardioVascular Segment/ Division
∎ Preferably 2 to 3 years experience in Medical devices / Pharma in the cardiovascular segment
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Command over English and local language ( speaking knowledge of Hindi)
∎ Zeal to travel and explore
∎ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
∎ Persuasive and self-motivated
∎ Able to make presentations and analyze sales data.
∎ Self-motivating and ability to gel with people
∎ Good interpersonal skills
Salary:
∎ 35,000 to 45,000 Taka ( Negotiable for candidates with relevant experience and based on the current salary drawn)
