​Computer Specialist: Must be highly proficient in operating computers, browsing, MS Office (Excel, Word), and using mobile apps/ERP software.​Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, commission structures, and market outstanding/credit management.​Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.​Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.​Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.​Having a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

​We are a growing IT & ERP Solutions provider specializing in FMCG Distributor Management Systems. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and tech-savvy Territory Sales Manager/Executive. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in field sales management, distributor acquisition, and team monitoring, along with excellent computer and technical skills to demonstrate and sell our ERP software to businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ERP Sales & Market Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new distributors, wholesalers, and FMCG businesses to sell our customized ERP and POS solutions.

  • SR Monitoring & Management: Supervise, monitor, and guide the field Sales Representatives (SR) to ensure efficient market coverage and sales target achievement.

  • Distributor Management: Appoint new distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing ones, resolving any operational or software-related queries.

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct live software/ERP demonstrations to potential clients (distributors/business owners) and explain the benefits of digitalization.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze territory market potential, track competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to management.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market updates, and SR performance evaluations using digital tools.
