∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring product-wise (monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) sales target of your territory.
∎ Preparing the route plan.
∎ Building a good relation with the Customers and the farmers.
∎ Follow up with the depot officer for delivering of products to the customer point timely.
∎ Ensuring the collection of dues and overdue within the timeline.
∎ Monitoring and participating in the Marketing and promotional activities with the RSO and PP.
∎ Properly maintain the money receipt, sales invoice and party ledger.
∎ Report to the Supervisor and Head office as per company requirements.
∎ Identify the good customers based on sales growth and payment.
∎ Providing prescriptions to the Farmers for their crops.
∎ Any other task is given by the management/supervisor.
