∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the region as per budget.
∎ Routinely follow up marketing officer about sales activity, promotion events of the territory.
∎ Train and develop dealers based on the related task and in line with the company's training practice.
∎ Ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
∎ Make routine visit to the all potential field to ensure availability of our products.
∎ Check stock of dealers' showroom and ensure availability of product.
∎ Conduct regular tour in designated areas of responsibilities & explore the new areas.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales & recovery report to immediate supervisor.
∎ Organize dealers briefing sessions as and when required.
∎ Organize road shows and other promotional events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 year experience in Water Pump Industry.
∎ Must be able to ride motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
∎ Supervisory Skill, sound communication, social and selling skills.
∎ Mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh
