∎ Planning sales target for individual Field Officers, Dealers, Distributors, Modern Trade, Franchise, Food Services of your team.
∎ Supervise a sizeable team of Field Officers, Dealers, Distributors, Modern Trade, Franchise, Food Services to achieve given sales target of assign sales area.
∎ Maintaining & Increasing sales volume of company's different brand products.
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following business area. Direct Selling.
∎ Should have very good analytical & problem solving skills along with excellent reporting skills.
∎ Provides target VS sales results by preparing & following sales tracking reports.
∎ Provides timely & structured feedback from Trade, Customers & Competitors.
∎ Daily//Weekly/Monthly Reporting of business activities.
∎ Gather & Update Market information to Line Manager.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines.
∎ Others relevant assign job from management.

∎ Gentle & smart impression, Basic computer knowledge
