Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine monthly territory/area wise sales plan and achieve monthly sales
∎ Lead the sales team of SR and assess sales performance according to sales KPI.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore potential untapped market.
∎ Analyze sales data, sales trends, market competition and prepare sales report.
∎ Manage distributors and ensure availability of products to all relevant outlets of the assigned territory/area.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with relevant internal and external job customer and address problems/complaints in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work experience from any leading FMCG company.
∎ Very good at communication, Analytical thinking and MS Excel reporting.
