Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary duties & responsibilities of the incumbent include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Work closely with Dept. Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.
∎ Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Monitor activities and motivate SR/SO-CM to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target
∎ Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors' warehouses, on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure close monitoring of distributor’s business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Good experience in selling Consumer goods, e.g., Condensed Milk, Atta-Maida-Suji, Water, Edible Oil, Salt, Powder Milk & Tea.
∎ Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements.
∎ Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
∎ Result oriented, able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals.
∎ Must be computer literate

Salary: Negotiable
