Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary duties & Responsibilities of the incumbent include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Implementation of set sales forecasts & strategies.
∎ Guide/ Lead and motivation team members to increase productivity ; thus, acheivement of targets
∎ Visit the markets, searching new business opportunities and setting new Distributors.
∎ Increase brand and product awareness to the customers of the assigned area & opening up sales opportunities.
∎ Ensure Stock inventory of Dealers' warehouses on a regular basis and demand forecast accordingly
∎ Maintain close contact and good understanding with all stakeholders for achieving the sales target, provided by the management.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Long experience in selling Consumer goods, e.g., Condensed Milk, Atta-Maida-Suji, Water, Edible Oil, Salt, Powder Milk & Tea.
∎ Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements.
∎ Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
∎ Result oriented, able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals.
∎ Must be computer literate
Salary: Negotiable
