Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to prospective UK clients.
∎ Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to generate interest in our services.
∎ Secure at least 15 qualified appointments per month.
∎ Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Use and refine provided call scripts to guide conversations and achieve maximum impact.
∎ Proactively suggest improvements to the call script based on feedback and results.
∎ Submit daily call reports in Excel, detailing the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, and overall progress.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
∎ Consistently drive appointment-setting efforts for the UK market.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (UK accent preferred).
∎ Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or outbound sales is a plus.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
∎ Strong organizational and reporting skills, particularly in Excel.
