Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain a proper database of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Handle basic client queries professionally over phone and social media.
- Strong verbal communication in Bangla & basic English.
- Good convincing power.
- Must be target-oriented.
- Basic computer & social media handling knowledge.
