• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior tele sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle different types of customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain call logs and records.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Learn and understand the products and services of the company.

• Call and contact potential and existing clients to promote products and make sales.

• Convince customers to purchase and encourage repurchase by building good relationships.

• Handle customer questions, problems, and complaints politely and professionally.

• Collect feedback from customers and share it with the team to improve products and services.

• Suggest solutions based on customer needs and feedback.

• Keep clear records of all customer calls, sales, and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
