Job Description / Responsibility
Learn and understand the products and services of the company.
Call and contact potential and existing clients to promote products and make sales.
Convince customers to purchase and encourage repurchase by building good relationships.
Handle customer questions, problems, and complaints politely and professionally.
Collect feedback from customers and share it with the team to improve products and services.
Suggest solutions based on customer needs and feedback.
Keep clear records of all customer calls, sales, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior telesales or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle different types of customers.
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain call logs and records.
Work Schedule
6 days in a week (roster-based).
