Must speak and understand fluent English (IELTS certification or equivalent proficiency preferred).·
Must be fluent in speaking Sylheti Bangla and familiar with the Sylheti accent.·
Strong listening and communication skills.·
Computer literate and able to use CRM or order management software.·
Experience in tele-sales, call centers, or customer service is an advantage.·
Must be able to work night shifts (Bangladesh time 5 am to 3 am).
Responsibilities & Context:
EFG is a UK-based food service and wholesale company expanding its tele-sales and administrative operations in Bangladesh. We are setting up our Dhaka office and looking for energetic, English-speaking tele-sales executives to join our growing international sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate fluently with UK-based customers to take food service and wholesale orders.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in English and sometimes Sylheti Bangla accent.
Input customer orders accurately into the system and ensure timely processing.
Promote online (web) ordering and help customers with account support.
Coordinate with UK and Bangladesh operations teams to ensure smooth service.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.

Attractive fixed salary (based on experience).
Commission:
0.25% commission on web-based paid orders.
Example:
£10K weekly web orders = ~৳15,000 commission/month
£30K weekly web orders = ~৳45,000 commission/month
£60K weekly web orders = ~৳90,000 commission/month
