Job Context:
∎ This Job is for a Fresh College Graduate. Full-Time Permanent Position Employee with scope to grow within the company.
∎ Fatullah Fabrics is looking for a few telemarketers and debt collection specialists who will be responsible for calling customers, making sales, and making collection calls. We are looking for individuals who are located near to our Job location (Islampur, Dhaka).
∎ Provision Period: 3 Months (Can be extended upon notice).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
∎ Manage outbound calls to Customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Should be able to maintain client database.
∎ You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for extra monthly commission apart from Basic salary.
∎ Day to day planning and report management ability.
∎ Should have self-supervision skill and performance management skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ ENGLISH SPEAKING NOT REQUIRED
∎ Must be located close to Job Location (Islampur, Dhaka).
∎ Proficient in reading and writing in Bengali
∎ Proficient in reading and writing in English
∎ Perform any other duties provided by the superiors

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
