Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable to achieve company sales target monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ To visit projects with clients and do sales meetings on the satisfactions.
∎ Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationships with Clients.
∎ Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by the implementation of daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ monthly action plan and evaluate with Management.
∎ Set sales goals, compare performance, and adjust goals as needed.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of the project, sales script, etc.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target.
∎ Any Other Task assigned by the Management.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Managing relationships and service quality & standards.

∎ Age at least 35 years
