What would you be doing:
Leads collect from reporting and call according to leads
Explain service details clearly to customers.
Prioritizing high-potential leads and following up consistently to ensure conversion.
Supporting team performance by ensuring consistent communication and conversion.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase trust, engagement, and loyalty.
Must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in team interactions.
Able to follow up on pending leads and re-engage interested users effectively.
Should cooperate in team discussions, provide regular updates, and seek help when needed.
Must adhere to compliance and customer interaction guidelines set by the company.
