Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Telecaller Team Leader / Manager to oversee and manage our telecalling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, improving team performance, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

  • Monitor calls, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards are maintained

  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve communication and sales skills

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and conversion rates

  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management

  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, operations) for process improvement

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new telecallers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or call center operations

  • Prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements

  • Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
