Responsibilities & Context:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and present our services persuasively
2. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
3. Maintain a database of customer contacts and update records regularly
4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
5. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while handling client queries
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies
7. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
8. Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
10.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term
relationships.
11.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
12.Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
