  • Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales in performance-based organizations.
  • Strong communication, persuasion and sales skills.
  • Must be comfortable using Google Sheets/CRM/WhatsApp Business.
  • Target-oriented, motivated & professional attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Candidates must maintain a highly professional tone with a clear, articulate and appealing voice for effective high-level business communication.

Skills:

  • Tele marketing, social media management, customer handling and sales ability.
  • Lead generation, follow-up and conversion.
  • Computer skills with the ability to use office software and fast typing.

Responsibilities & Context:

Nurtaj Group is looking for proactive tele sales professionals who can convert leads through confident communication, structured follow-ups and a strong understanding of client needs. This is a performance-driven role where the professional’s influence directly impacts the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and receive inbound calls from interested customers.

  • Explain products and services clearly & professionally.

  • Follow-up and convert leads into confirmed customers.

  • Maintain Google Sheet/CRM for lead management & daily reporting.

  • Handle inquiries about products and services.

  • Meet daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

  • Provide excellent customer support & build long-term relationships.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smoother operations.

  • Attend training sessions for product and service knowledge & sales techniques.
