Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Generation:
∎ Identify and generate sales leads through market research, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
∎ Utilize online and offline resources to build a database of potential clients.
∎
∎ Outbound Calls:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to present our products/services and explain their benefits.
∎ Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to potential clients.
∎ Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where necessary.
∎
∎ Customer Engagement:
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
∎ Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns or issues in a timely manner.
∎
∎ Sales Targets:
∎ Meet and exceed Daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
∎ Track and report sales performance using CRM tools or other designated systems.
∎
∎ Product Knowledge:
∎ Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services offered.
∎ Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
∎
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
∎ Collaborate with marketing to align efforts and maximize lead generation.
∎
∎ Documentation:
∎ Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Must be good in communication in English
∎ Must have Proven experience in tele sales or a related field.
∎ Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
∎ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
