Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able for Configuration, Troubleshooting and support for network devices like router, switch.
∎ Able to offer customer according to their requirement
∎ Understand Customer requirement and assist the team leader for planning, designing, implementing for solution
∎ providing support for Microsoft , Red hat, TrendMicro solutions (Including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure and M365 solutions).
∎ Able to prepare or assist to create BOQ and BOM for tender or specific sales lead .
∎ Closely work with customer to understand their technical requirement and assist them with the solutions.
∎ Able to work under pressure for customer requirements full fillment.
∎ Assist the supervisor in Research, evaluating and recommending the selection of M365 and Azure Services and emerging technologies for clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Good knowledge on Microsoft, Redhat, TrendMicro products and licensing.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification:
∎ Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
∎ Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
∎ Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator or
∎ Azure Administrator Associate or
∎ Azure Security Engineer Associate, or
∎ Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator or
∎ Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator
∎ Certification requirement will be neglected if you have the good knowledge on Microsoft ,Red Hat, Trend Micro support services.
∎ Excellent communication and presenting skills.
∎ Effective problem identification and solution skills.
∎ Strong team player and collaborator.
∎ Good in written and spoken English.
∎ Strong multi-tasking, customer service, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to Clients.

Salary: Negotiable
