∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
∎ Hands-on experience in controlling and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations, EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards, and compliance requirements.
∎ Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and mechanical instruments.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems (preferred).
∎ Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and other departments.
∎ Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform the Preventive & Periodic Maintenance job of CNG Vehicle/light vehicle (forklift, scissor-lift/boom lift) on time as instructed by the line manager.
∎ To reduce the breakdown time of CNG vehicles & ensure smooth service.
∎ To perform the Preventive & Periodic Maintenance job of CNG Station (RCU) on time as instructed by the line manager.
∎ To ensure proper use of Company vehicle Vendor vehicles & keep updated on regular refilling works.
∎ Performing equipment inspection, repair, and corrective maintenance.
∎ Replacing damaged parts of tools & machinery.
∎ Prepare all GQS documents related to preventive & corrective Maintenance.
∎ Responsible for the care of the tools that the company provides for the performance of their work.
∎ Mechanical Technicians are responsible for controlling and performing maintenance tasks on various mechanical systems within the designated area. Their role involves applying advanced knowledge and experience to ensure the smooth operation, efficiency, and reliability of equipment. The position requires hands-on troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and adherence to safety and operational standards. Technicians must work collaboratively with other teams to minimize downtime, improve system performance, and support overall operational goals.
