Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cement Industry.

  • Hands-on experience in VRM, Ball Mill, Roller Press, Packing Plant Systems, Unloading Equipment, Compressors, Water Treatment Plant, and related auxiliaries.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting, vibration analysis, preventive & predictive maintenance, spare parts management, and maintenance planning.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

  • Leadership, communication, reporting, and documentation skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor all mechanical maintenance activities related to VRM, Ball Mill, Roller Press, Packing Plant, Unloading Systems, Compressors, and other plant equipment.

  • Conduct machine condition monitoring through vibration analysis and implement predictive maintenance practices.

  • Plan, schedule, execute, and audit preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and optimum performance.

  • Minimize equipment downtime and improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

  • Ensure smooth operation of all mechanical systems, auxiliaries, compressors, water treatment plant, and pay-loaders through effective maintenance management.

  • Attend and resolve emergency mechanical breakdowns and troubleshooting issues promptly.

  • Maintain optimum inventory levels of mechanical spare parts and ensure availability of critical spares.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance reports.

  • Train, guide, and develop technicians and subordinate staff to improve technical competency, productivity, and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational standards across the plant.

  • Support plant modifications, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and MS Office.
