• Preferable from similar industry experience

• Good crisis management, self-control and stress management skills.

• Excellent written and oral skills in English.

Design and implementation of medicine services that support the needs of business and employees. Maintains working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure current issues are addressed and that the needs of the working community are met.

• Providing medical consultations and treatment: Offering medical advice, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, and prescribing medication. 

• Managing occupational health programs: Overseeing health initiatives, conducting health assessments, and implementing preventative measures. 

• Ensuring workplace safety: Collaborating with safety officers, implementing safety protocols, and responding to workplace emergencies. 

• Maintaining medical records: Keeping accurate and confidential records of employee health information. 

• Promoting health and wellness: Educating employees on health and safety topics and developing wellness programs. 

• Compliance with regulations: Ensuring the factory adheres to relevant health and safety laws and regulations. 

• First aid and emergency response: Providing immediate medical care in case of accidents or sudden illnesses. 

• Monitoring the health of specific employee groups: In some cases, this may include pregnant workers or children in daycare facilities. 

• Maintaining and distributing medicines: Ensuring proper storage and dispensing of medications as prescribed. 

• Conducting medical fitness tests: Assessing the fitness of new employees or those returning to work.
