Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Report to: Head of IT
∎ Job Overview: Installing and configure all IT hardware components to ensure usability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting hardware (Computer, Printer, Motherboard, UPS, and others IT Equipment
∎ Install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling
∎ Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network
∎ Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
∎ Good communication
∎ Perform troubleshooting Digital Attendance Machine.
∎ Perform troubleshooting of CCTV Camera
∎ Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
