Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile IT products including hardware and software issues for end users via remote access, or in person visits.
Perform tests and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure functionality and performance.
Provide technical support for devices, including installation, configuration, and updates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions.
Document repairs, troubleshooting steps, and service reports accurately.
Maintain an organised inventory of the repair parts and tools.
Offer technical guidance and support to junior engineers, as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all repair activities.
Troubleshoot and repair/replace damaged computer, network and surveillance components.
coordinate with department head of IT to resolve rechnical issues and implement new system.
