Experience Requirement:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of practical experience in a similar technical role, preferably in a manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, or battery-related industry.

• Experience in industrial machine operation and maintenance will be given preference.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems

• Ability to operate industrial production machinery

• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills

• Understanding of safety procedures in factory environment

• Ability to work under pressure in a production line

• Teamwork and good communication skills

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in battery manufacturing industry

Dongjin Longevity Industry Limited, a 100% export-oriented Chinese battery manufacturing industry in Bangladesh, is seeking applications from experienced, skilled, and motivated candidates for the position of Technician to support its production and operational activities.

Job Description:

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting daily production operations in the battery manufacturing plant. Key duties include operating and maintaining industrial machinery, assisting in installation and troubleshooting of production equipment, ensuring smooth production flow, and minimizing machine downtime. Technicians will also be responsible for routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and reporting technical issues to the engineering team to ensure efficient and safe factory operations.

• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (USD 1400 to 2000)
