• Ability to collaborate effectively with production teams and communicate clearly.

• Familiarity with garment industry workflows and basic production standards.

A leading garment manufacturer in Bangladesh is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager, Process Improvement Technician for the Industrial Engineering (IE) department. This role focuses on enhancing work methods through the use of guides, attachments, templates, jigs, and other practical tools to improve production efficiency. • Dedicate efforts to improve work methods on the production floor by designing, implementing, and refining guides, attachments, templates, jigs, and other tools to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct hands-on analysis of current work processes, identifying areas for improvement in workflow, ergonomics, and productivity through practical interventions.

• Collaborate with production teams to test and integrate new tools and methods, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assist in conducting time studies and method evaluations to support the development of efficient work practices, focusing on manual process enhancements.

• Document and maintain records of implemented improvements, including tool designs and their impact on production output.

• Support training sessions for operators on the use of new guides, attachments, and jigs to ensure proper utilization and sustained efficiency gains.

• Work closely with the IE team to provide feedback on process challenges and suggest practical solutions based on floor-level observations.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, ethical labor practices, and sustainability goals while optimizing resource use on the production floor.
