∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24/7 roster duty of monitoring and customer care.
∎ Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
∎ Monitor and analyze system logs and server & storage health check logs daily to ensure uptime by efficiently contributing to resolving the issues.
∎ Handle and resolve the customer's inquiries, issue tickets in the CRM system and close tickets after resolving the issue.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
∎ Escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
∎ Document and track customer interactions and issues.
∎ Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
∎ Professionally communicate with vendors and ISP for any troubleshooting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Able to work in adverse situations.
∎ Must be very good at email writing and communication over telephone.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
